When filing a disclosure you may receive feedback by confidential email with anonymized addresses when the investigator has received the case.
Investigations are handled by the company auditor, and when needed together with a selected in-house team.
The reporting service is completely separated from Viva Wine & Spirits, which cannot see any personal details, IP addresses, or email addresses of disclosers, unless you specifically have chosen this.
Be careful how you express yourself, not to reveal your identity. You also need to consider user data in attachments, deleting information that could give you away before disclosing files.
All information relating to disclosures is erased after investigations are completed, leaving no sensitive information stored in the system.

Only investigators can log in and access disclosures.
How long do investigations take?
Investigations should always be handled without undue delay and initial investigations should normally take less than two weeks.
